A full refund will be provided if your order was placed prior to. ![]() Pre-order items : These orders can be canceled anytime prior to the estimated Pre-Order month listed for the item if the order has not been shipped yet. If you have already received a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel the order. In-Stock Items : These orders can be canceled as long as they have not been shipped yet. You will receive a notification from our Support Team via our customer service platform (ZenDesk) when your item has been successfully transferred to the designated Store Pick Up location and is ready for pick up.To cancel an order, please Submit A Request, and our team will be happy to assist you. All shipments have to be processed into our system and may require additional processing time depending on the volume of items received. Our Next Shipment Preview provides estimated arrival dates for incoming shipments. Another notification will be sent via ZenDesk when your order has been transferred. If you aren't able to make it to the specified location, no worries! Please respond to the notification ticket and let us know, and we will be happy to transfer your order but it will take a few extra days.
